Located at the corner of Nine Mile Road and North 25th Street, the VCU Health Hub at 25th offers a variety of resources and programs to help East End residents reach their health and wellness goals.

In addition to health screenings and counseling, the new center provides access to space for community events, fitness activities and educational programs. These programs and activities can include cardio dance classes, legal consultation, benefits enrollment assistance for older adults, nutrition tours at the Market @ 25th and more.

Whether it's behavioral health support or disease management, the Health Hub provides residents a connection with community providers and help with care coordination. As a partnership between VCU and VCU Health, all programs are free and delivered by VCU faculty, VCU and VCU Health staff and students as well as community partners.
